Support the Troops Coalition(STC) is a 501 C 3 not for profit corporation, dedicated to addressing the issues facing military service members, veterans and their families. These issues include but are not limited to the following:

VISION: To develop a program that will research these concerns, develop solutions and establish a system to provide follow-up for the individual or family member in need. Our concept is to get the help needed to the service member, veteran or family member in his or her geographical location, rather than having the individual travel long distances in search of help.
PURPOSE: Establish a not for profit corporation that will serve as an umbrella organization for other like-minded military/veteran support programs to collectively address issues and concerns of service members, veterans and their families.
- Suicides: 22+ Veteran suicides a day…only 4 identified in the VA system
- Community Outreach: VA’s need to identify veterans at risk
- Homelessness: epidemic among veterans
- PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injuries: associated with veterans of all eras
- Multiple Deployments: resulting in hardships of the military family unit
- Jobs: the need to translate military skills into critically needed civilian jobs
- Gold Star Families: spouses, children, parents and siblings in need of on-going support
- Centralized Clearing House: to serve as a “one stop shop” for a service member, veteran or family member to call for help
- Concept of Duty: need to encourage future generations to engage in something bigger than oneself...preservation of the legacy of selfless service
